John Tae Lee - President
John was previously at Shapiro/West & Associates for over 9 years and 2 years at APA (Agency for the Performing Arts) before starting his own management company.

Tammy Jackson – Head of Youth & Young Adult
Tammy joined Consortium Entertainment after 15 years in Talent Management. Her career started at James/Levy/Jacobson Management where she worked with talent from the developmentally stages to A list status. She also worked for Ron Meyer, President of Universal Studios, learning film production and distribution from a global perspective.

Stu Golfman – Head of Comedy
Stu Golfman has worked with some of the biggest names in the comedy industry while working for the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, the Improv’s and Yuk Yuk's comedy clubs. He has also represented some of the top comedic actors, stand-ups and writer for over 10 years while working at Principato Young, Omnipop and Innovative Artists.
